Sayid Ahemad was appointed in December 2008 to supervise and manage our real estate project having many years of construction site management and an architecture experience.

Prior to joining HIC he worked as a senior architect and project coordinator for a leading international real estate developer namely ETA Star with projects in Middle East and India. Priror to ETA, he worked for LSCPL Pvt.LTD which is a leading architectural consultancy firm in India. His experience with them had been diversified earning him the position of Senior Architect with focus on Concept Development project. He also has vast experience in Interior designing and landscape architecture.

Sayid holds Degree in Bachelor of Architecture from Karnataka University Dharwad. He is also registered architect with Council of Architecture India and currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis (Distance Learning).
